Innovation Hub: how to join the incubator of Dudelange?

Since 2018, installed in the former administrative headquarters of ArcelorMittal, the Innovation Hub has been hosting startups specializing in ecotechnology. And the good news is that there are still a few spaces available in the incubator’s premises!

Seeing innovative startups settle in Dudelange is now a reality. At number 100 of the route de Volmerange, on a surface of more than 500 m2, the start-ups benefit from completely renovated offices and meeting rooms, which allows them to work on their project in ideal conditions.

What do they have in common?

They are all active in the eco-technology sector (technologies that contribute to improving respect for the environment). Each one has its own field of expertise: recycling, support for green housing, eco-technological cleaning, or eco-consulting.

A place fully dedicated to research and innovation

As defined when the Innovation Hub was created, Luxinnovation and Technoport are in charge of prospecting and detecting young companies suitable for the incubator. Those selected, after having pitched their project to the local authorities, can then settle there for a period of 5 years, and this at very advantageous conditions. For example, the rent does not exceed 15 euros/m2 for startups less than 2 years old, and 20 euros/m2 for those who have already blown their second candle.

Startups active in the eco-technology sector can also apply via the following address: innovationhub@dudelange.lu

In Dudelange, the southern city is committed to organizing events to promote the startups to the general public and local businesses.
